Our responsibility to you covers only the services and items listed in these Terms. Any compensation is capped at the total amount you have paid for your booking. We are not responsible for indirect or economic losses such as profit, goodwill, or missed opportunities—even if caused by negligence or unforeseen events (force majeure). Secure lockers are available for your valuables, but we cannot accept financial responsibility for items stored there and may relocate belongings during routine cleaning without notice.
Your stay—and these Terms—are governed exclusively by Italian law. Any dispute must be brought before the courts of Italy.
